It was a fun-filled night out with some of the rat pack-ers yesterday to celebrate Alvin's & Cassius' birthdays. The turnout for dinner wasn't so bad and we had a surprise guest, Wanying. We had dinner at Downtown East's Sakura. The quality of the food has deteriorated abit but it was still edible. What made me 'pissed' was there was NO ICE CREAMS la... Okay I exaggerate. There was ice cream BUT it was like the cheapo kiddy kind with vanilla & strawberry as the only flavours.
HOW CAN LIKE THAT?!?!?!?!!?!
I paid good money [$28 including GST] to have the wide selection of international food and also my share of the numerous ice cream flavours like chocolate chip, YAM, chocolate, chocolate mint etc etc. They also didn't have the durian cream puffs anymore!!
UGH!!! I'm not going back to that outlet anymore *hrumph*
After dinner, I was told an interesting piece of gossip about an acquaintance [I'm not saying the gender so you go figure] by Qihao. After hearing the 'story', it felt awkward, unbelievable and weird. I never thought he/she was that kind of person coz he/she is close to my VIP someone who was close to me. Oh wells, people tend to change when they start studying or over the years or maybe it's just coz I don't really like him/her thus he/she is still ranked in the acquaintance category. Nonetheless, it was still a juicy gossip. Haha! I'm such a KAYPO/gossip girl.
Anyway not long after, Jolene, Luv, Hiang & bf met up with us for the movie Kung Fu Panda.

Those who haven't watched it MUST go watch. You'll laugh until your stomach aches and it will help train your stomach muscles. Haha.Well we couldn't catch the earlier time slots as it was ALL sold out so we caught the late night one instead. While waiting for the movie to start, we headed to the arcade to play. We played so many old and new school games - basket ball, super bishi bashi, mario kart, Flintstone memory game, time crisis 4 and some baby game that's like bishi bashi. The buttons on the machines of those 2 games were abit faulty so we kept losing and laughing coz there was nothing we could do and it looked funny. I think in total we spent about $50 there playing all the games.

Very very random: Which cars are more expensive, Maserati or Lamborghini?? I've been told Maserati cars are more expensive coz they can hit the $200k region and someone else told me Lamborghini cars are wayYyyyyyyyy much more expensive than that. Hmmm... So which is true?

Yet another reason why I dislike Chiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiina people. They can eat cute animals [without feeling guilty] like owls and hedgehogs la! It's sibeh gross lor. Owls and hedgehogs are so cute. How can they be so cruel!! Imagine if it was a white owl, wouldn't it represent Hedwig! *sobs* Not only that, they also eat giant salamanders [considered pretty magical in magical/Wiccan societies I suppose], mountain cats & venomous snakes. *shudders* Evil people!
I had 2 repeated dreams last night but I only remembered one. I was in this huge bathroom, the kind that you only see in expensive-Hollywood-kind of houses, that only has a gigantic bath tub, marbled floorings and walls and huge floor-to-ceiling glass windows that look out to the lovely ocean. Very fantasy and dream-like hor. Haha. Some of my dreams are like that thank goodness!
Well I was enjoying the view and a good soak in the tub when to my horror I saw gigantic ants! Probably the kind of killer, carnivorous ants that was shown in Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull. *shivers* So there I was, probably naked, yelling at the top of my lungs for my mum to come and get rid of it. Coz she didn't believe me the first time I told her about the ants. Lame right? LOL!
I have my dream book with me so I shall try to interpret my dreams:
Bathroom - for a young woman to dream of a bathroom, foretells that her inclinations trend too much toward light pleasures and frivolities. Makes me sound bimbotic which I am! A 'lil.
Tub - to dream of seeing a tub full of water, denotes domestic contentment. Like 'HUH?!' I so don't do housework la. Haha.
Bathing - for a young person to dream of taking a bath, means much solicitude for one of the opposite sex, fearing to lose his good opinion through the influence of others. Don't understand.
Marble - to dream of polishing marble, you will come into a pleasing inheritance. Woooo laa laa~~ I super like this one even thou I wasn't polishing marble. It was polished marble coz it was already shiny. Come to me moo lahs~~
Glass window - to look clearly through a glass window, you will have employment but will have to work subordinately. This is like one month late lor unless I'm having another part time job elsewhere. Hmmm...

Ocean - to dream of the ocean when it is calm is propitious. Very contradicting leh.

I'm off from work today hence could stay out late last night and did my errands in the morning. Well gotta head to the kitchen to cook tempura soba for family dinner. If it turns out well, rat pack-ers you peeps are in for a awesomely good treat! Haha!

Oh oh! I read in today's Today that there's this Japanese company that gives their female employees 2 days per year of shopping leave and 1 day per year [I suppose] of heart-break/relationship leave. How awesome is that?! Imagine you don't have to waste extra money to fake an MC just so you can go out shopping during the GSS plus no sneaking around needed!!! And when you and your partner break up, you can take that 1 day leave to be home to cry your eyeballs out instead of doing it at work in front of the other awesomely good-looking guy that you have a tiny tiny crush on. Haha! I wanna work there!!
It's ironic that I chose today to seal & end it all. The 7th. Even though I'm smiling and laughing outside, inside I'm dead & broken. The fool that I am, I still do... I'm disappointed, sad, heart-broken, angry, depressed. DND! I just wanna scream and lose control. Forget about everything and run away...
Being offline for the past few days was rather nice but yet something was nagging at the back of my head, telling me to go online but I was just too lazy la... So today I decided to go online awhile only to find out that I had like 50 emails waiting for me to read and 200 plus spam to clear -_-||| That was only accumulated in the expanse of like 3 days?
Well work is no difference. Learning, learning and remembering. Alot of new things to take note of and remember. My feet still hurts btw. Perhaps I'm not standing or walking properly which results in my feet hurting after a few hours of standing. Anyway I'm super happy coz this year I won't be doing any public holiday duties!! Weeeeeee~~~
Have been pretty tired the past few days despite having a holiday break. Haha! Been sleeping late coz I can't really sleep even though my eyes are tired, my mind is still super active. So basically I don't sleep early and yet I have to wake up early coz I need to report to work by 8AM!
Anyhow I had a dream! I dreamt that me, Moonie, Rong & Liyana was in a Malaysia shopping centre doing what else, SHOPPING! Haha... We were at the top most floor of the shopping centre coz the lower floors suddenly had a blackout [don't ask me why blackouts can split one, it's just a dream!] and it was super pitch black. Well Liyana said she'll wait for us at the stairs so the 3 of us went roaming around. We first entered a cosmetic shop there after we parted ways. I was walking along this deserted part of the floor when I chanced upon a post office [!!!] and saw Moonie there sending something. So I carried on walking until I enter this shop that was selling super nice clothes!! There I found Rong and we started trying on so many clothes. LOL!!
I think I am having too many strange and weird dreams already...
Talking about clothes, I have been visiting Victoria's Secret website quite often these days coz they are having super sale! Huge and bad temptation! I am already eyeing so many things!!! OMG!!! So in a few months time, I would be ordering clothes. Anyone interested plsplsplspls let me know ya. Ordering in a big group will be better coz shipping would be cheaper per person.
Another thing is that I definitely need to get a new phone. There's something wrong with my phone's network coz there were times when people tried to call in, when there was a full network bar, they can't get through. That happened quite a few times some more. Any phone models to recommend?
Well back to watching my Da Chang Jin VCDs coz I had a nap in the afternoon =p
I shall proclaim this day to be 'Horror of Horrors' day!
Horror 1: I freaking lost my stylus la! I think I must have dropped it in the train on the way to Bugis. Hiazzz T_______T Luckily it came with a spare *phew*
Horror 2: I have shrunken!!! *sob sob* SADERATION LA!! Either I really really shrunk or I have been assuming the wrong height all these years. T________T
Horror 3: I have put on abit of weight! *sigh* Too much snacking at home I guess.. Need to start eating less, walking around more instead of plonking down on my chair and watch animes and get started on some form of easy exercise.
Horror 4: I need to go back for my medical check-up again for my urine test. It's due to me having my period at the moment. POO!! The results would be inaccurate if I were to do the test today.
Enough about horrors, on to the ONLY GOOD THING that happened today. I received the letter for GST offset package. Yay! Money coming in but in like 3 installments not 1 lump sum.
Anyway yesterday or the day before I had a very friend-fill dream. Some of the Seal people were in it, so were some of the Rat Pack-ers and Moonie with Liyana [I think]. The dream turned abit hazy at that point of time but I remember Moonie inside very clearly. Haha!
I finally found me a job. Will be starting work next week thus had to go for my medical check-up today. Can't wait to be NOT broke. Haha..
Oh wells, nothing else to blog about so it's back to my animes.. Teeheehee...
On Tues, I went for Gelare waffles!! It's half-priced Tuesdays so I had to have it. Teeheehee... It was YUMMY despite the shop being super crowded. Hoho! Me and Amelia was deducing that it's probably this crowded only on Tues coz it's half priced. Lol! I tried out this new flavour Honey Malt Crunch and it was sweeeeeeeet~ I could really taste the honey malt! Absolutely loving that flavour right now. They didn't have my usual Macadamia Nut Crunch so I had to choose a different flavour. Thank God I chose the right one *winks*
Thereafter, we went to catch the movie Resident Evil: Extinction. It was damn good! Awesome CGI, fight scenes and scary scenes. It was my first time watching Resident Evil and after the movie ended, I was wondering why I never watched the previous 2 installments. Well 2 more additions to the never-ending lists of movies, animes, Taiwan, Jap & Korean dramas that I intend to watch after the exams end =X
Yesterday was officially my last day of work at Maccas. Goodbye Maccas!! Will miss you peeps dearly. Well some of you. Heh heh... I had the longest shift yesterday and I was superbly tireeeeeeed!!! Worked from 7am till 4pm. I had to go to work earlier coz we are having an inspection. Grrr... The manager didn't inform me about that when he called to ask. Sneaky!!
Well I went home intending to finish up my Genetics iLectures but lo and behold, I only managed to finish 1 1/2 lectures, which equates to 1 1/2 hours, before my eyes could barely open and it was only 6pm! So I decided to take a short nap before continuing my lectures and the next time I opened my eyes it was already midnight! HOHO!!! I got up, went to the toilet and checked my lappie for msges.
Tricia darling msged me!! It's been a long long while since I last talked to her. Wanted to tell her some stuffs but she was forever not online coz her lappie has been down =( Anyway chatted with her for awhile [about half an hour?] before telling her I was still sleepy [LOL!] and was going back to bed. We chatted about things we were gonna do when I return to SG. WooOohhOOo... So looking forward and not looking forward to going back at the moment. Got problems to settle, look for jobs, decide what I wanna do for my future. *sigh*
I decided to set my alarm for 0730 so that I would be up early to continue my iLecture before going to bed. That's when the dreams all started again =/ I really don't know what to make out of it. What is the damn meaning behind having those dreams??!?!?!?!?!?! UGH!!!!!!!! Just let me know in simple layman terms instead of me having to search for answers that doesn't seem to want to appear. POO! Why does God like to work in mysterious ways... *groans*
Anyway the alarm rang but I turned it off and went back to sleep. Haha. That seems rather common for me these days. I can't believe I was still sleepy after sleeping so much! Go figure! 1800 - 0000 and 0045 - 1000. I finally finished ALL my iLectures and was about to start on my Parasitology when I decided I should take a short break. I was watching Ch8 drama Honor and Passion when the video stopped loading halfway -_____- and then I decided I should blog abit. Yes yes... Laziness!
My internet is starting to get laggy which indicates that I have already exceeded the bandwidth and now I get sucky internet speed. POO! Well at least anime is still downloading at a snail speed. Sometimes I wonder to myself why in the world I chose science over other better subjects. The answer still eludes me somehow. *shrugs* There's no turning back now since I have made that decision years ago. It's the major stress period now. EXAMS!! They should have assignments and projects instead of exams coz it wastes paper!! Plus it's killing my brain cells just memorizing all the different & vast amount of parasites, biochemical pathways and genetic methods. *sob sob* I need more brain or memory-improving food =( Which kind soul can offer me some??
My left big toe is swollen. Same stupid problem.
My arms itch. I think I'm getting the heat rash thingy again. Need to start applying calamine lotion.

It's blogging time again coz I dunno what to do now. Actually I know what I have to do but I am avoiding it. *sigh*
I haven't been to lectures for like the past 2 weeks coz couldn't wake up and my mind knows that it's the end of the semester already. Hoho! So now I have tonnes of iLectures to finish listening to before I ultimately start on my screwed up revision. Darn!
Thurs I went to the city to accompany Amelia collect her concert tickets for J.T.'s concert. Yes Justin Timberlake is right here in Perth now and I would be going to his concert later!! Haha... It was a last minute decision for me. In actual fact I didn't really wanna go see coz it's ex and I was kinda saving money for shopping spree after exams.
Well I stopped blogging until there coz it was time for me to shower, get ready and leave for the concert. Hoho! Luckily we went slightly earlier coz the place was super packed, with teens, kids & even adults! Me & Amelia were rather stunned that parents would also bring their kids along. The weather was freaking hot and I think I got a tan =D Hope my skin doesn't peel coz I didn't apply sunblock.
J.T.'s concert was AWESOME!!! Tis a shame that I forgotten to charge my camera so I had to put up with my lousy hp camera. *sob sob* I need to get the pics from Amelia and Jaslyn soonish. Heh heh... Then I can post it online =)
The strange and weird dreams are back. I don't know whether it's a sign from God or whether it's just my deepest desire and wishful thinking that makes them appear in my dreams.
Daylight savings is back again. I'm now 1 hour ahead of everyone so don't forget people!! Haha... It's really a nuisance this daylight savings thingy. Everyone have to readjust their clocks, watches and time on handphones and whatever gadgets they possess. POO!
Anyway I have already confirmed my flight back home. Suddenly I can't wait for the exams to be over so I can get out of this place. Even though there were good memories such as making loads of nice friends from Maccas and hanging out with them, KTV and bubble teas. There are also bad ones which I refuse to talk about. No point raking up split milk.
I have been pretty busy mugging for quizzes as I have 1 after the other. I just had 1 on Mon and I have another one tomorrow and 2 more next Mon. I am so dead. It's like non-stop studying/mugging once I'm done with 1 quiz. -_-|||
Despite my busyness, the inner turmoil within me is growing no matter how much I try to suppress it. Doubts, dreaded answers and unwanted visions flickers through my mind. I never liked being afraid and yet that is growing inside of me at a slow, steady rate. I hate that feeling. As much as I hate waiting because waiting allows my mind to wander into unwanted places.
Once again I am haunted by you in my dreams. It was a pleasant dream as far as I can remember because I didn't wake up with bad vibes or anything so I guess it must have been pleasant enough. *shrugs* Now it kinda makes me wonder whether do I also haunt you in your dreams or maybe it's just me?? I will never know that answer I guess...
Well I've already said my piece so I shall wait for the verdict that will come after this weekend.
