Here I am, home on a Saturday night, chatting online, surfing friendster, blogging and editting photos. *saderation* If I was back home, at this time, I would just be on my way home coz I hate to squeeze with people on the train -_____- ArgHhhh... I've been spending wayYyyy too much money shopping! Yet again! Be it retail therapy or grocery shopping. Somehow I manage to buy loads of stuffs. Die la.. How am I gonna bring them all back home?!
Anyway it's truly autumn now coz the temperature has dropped quite ALOT so it's cooling. Although sometimes it's chillingly cooling. Hmmm.. Wonder anyone understand that phrase? Haha... My dictionary or words again =p
The roses outside my window has bloomed! Haha.. It blooms in autumn over here I guess since the leaves doesn't turn brown & fall like depicted in storybooks. Lol!
So pretty hor? I've always liked roses thought not in this colour. Keke..
I bought a pair of RED HOT BOOTS!! Got influenced by my moonie & rong-er that red looks nice on me so just bought lor.. It was quite cheap anyway. I'm gotta take more nicer shots of me in that pair of boots and post it up =D
Actually I had a lot of things to write about but suddenly the words have fled from my mind. Haha.. Hmmm.. I seem to be writing people loads of testimonials! Haha.. I guess I must really be superbly bored over here..

Someone complained that I needed to blog coz she's bored =X Haha... TootzMoonie =P
Anyway last Sat, Moonie, Rongie and me headed down to Fremantle [locals over here call it Freo] to visit the beach! But first we had to head to the Freo Market to get Rongie a bikini! Hee.. We saw loads of nice designs the other time we were there but didn't buy any. Well this time all of us tried on something and we each bought a bikini! Haha.. The lady refused to give us extra discounts even though 3 of us bought at the same time =(
The beach was awful! There were seaweeds in the water and the shoreline was littered with dried leaves, twigs and whatsnot! I couldn't even enter the water. Saderation! But on the bright side, I found some nice seashells [which I placed on my window still] and a Vodaphonesim card.
So we just lie and tanned and had sandwiches for lunch. After lying for around an hour, we got up and started taking photos much to the amusement of the tourists who were above at the fort memorial and the other old guy who was baking next to us. I'll post some of the photos up at the end.
Everyone went back tanner than before EXCEPT ME!! I'm soOooooOooo upset! I only manage to turn a little brown and the rest of my limbs and face were the same. POO! Next time we'll try Cottesloe beaches coz I've heard nice things about it *grins* and I still wanna get darker!
It was mummy's bday on Sat so sent her an sms wishing her. Talked to family at night and she complained that my bro nv send her any bday wish the whole day *rolls eyes* but I know my bro. He won't send those msges unless you're his gf. Haha.. He did surprise her with flowers and cake when she got home. Don't know why she likes to complain though.. If it was me, I would be so surprised and happy if my dear or son did that! Lolx...
Sun was a relaxed day. Got sauna-ed in the room coz didn't go anywhere and was reading my Mol Gen notes as I've got a Qik test tml. I got so much to study for a 2.5 marks quiz =S But it's an easy way to gain extra marks to add to my final grade so I've gotta work hard!
We got back our Mol Gen Project Plan yesterday and I was stunned by the marks that we got! It was such a lovely surprise coz I didn't expect us to even pass but guess how much we got?! 1.8/2!! Awesome isn't it? Hehe... But I shall not be contrite and slack for the revised one coz it's worth even more; 8 marks!
Yesterday's dinner was Pad Thai! I tried cooking that but somehow didn't manage to get the taste and outlook of the original. Hiazzz... I'm still stumped on what went wrong or what I forgotten to add.

I think I pespire more over here than back home in Singapore! I wonder whether it's truely because of the weather here or is it because back home I'm constantly cooped up in the lab, venturing out only during lunch and after office hours when the sun is gone. Haha.. Guess that might be the answer.
Anyways guess what?! I GOT DARKER!! YipEeeeeeeee~ Tralalalalala~~ *dance around* Haha.. I have always wanted to get darker but didn't have the time to go tanning due to work commitments and other personal stuffs so now that I'm over in Perth, have been walking quite abit in the hot hot sun =)
I finally finished my lab assignment after pushing it to the last minute to do =X Have been busy typing and planning out my Molecular Genetics plan. *bleah* I still don't understand why I still have to study this dreaded subject!! I would very much prefer to study Microbiology!! ArgHhhh...
Roomies and I decided to head to Freo on Sat to shop for their bikinis and also to visit their beach there. I can get to tan =))) I shall come back darker than ever =D
Now I can apply for my working visa then I can officially start working soon. Gotta earn myself some money so that I won't spend so much of my savings as I might be travelling to Sydney & Brisbane during winter! Hee.. Got peeps to visit over there =) Please spare a room for me!! Then there's Europe in 2008!! I totally can't wait for that! Get to travel & spend time with him *grinz*

It's f-ucking 40 DEGREES!! But thankfully the temperature has dropped to 34 degrees but it's still H-O-T!! Bah! I just showered and with the fan blowing directly at my face I'm still feeling hot.
Anyway last night attended the Malaysian Link AGM with Moon-ie =DD It was alright. There were loads of people but they all like kinda knew each other so we basically felt a little out of place there. Food wasn't fantastic but I can't complain coz it's free plus it's Aussie. I doubt they have good caterers like in Singapore =p
During dinner, I was entirely irritated and amused by a friend's friend. Thank goodness he isn't one of my friends or else I would have slapped him silly! I pity my other friends who know him. Hmmm...
Today was quite eventful as we went for the Biomed Sci BBQ. It was held in the afternoon. Who in the right mind barbeques in the afternoon right?! Well, these ang mohs do! I was like baking in the sun for like nearly an hour!! Alright I exaggerate it might have been half an hour but it certainly felt like an hour to me. Gah! Anyway we managed to talk to Phil, our interesting lecturer today. He had loads to talk to us about, not only on school matters but others too and guess what?! He's English!! WooOoooOOo!! I love English people! Haha...
After the BBQ, we headed to Garden City for our groceries shopping. I'm feeling more and more aunty-like [if Eddie/Hendrick reads this, SHUT UP & STOP LAUGHING!] coz I was browsing through the weekly features that they sent to the house, checking out for offers *bleah*
Upon reaching, we immediately bought ice cream! Wendy's has such nice ice creams!! Will go and buy a whole tub next time =) Plus I'll get the lovely sweets that were cooking inside the shopping centre. Tried on a pair of really nice white boots at K-Mart. I was so tempted to buy it coz the cut fits just nice and according to my other roomies, Moon-ie & Rong-ie, I look hot! Wahahahahahahaha *ROTFL*But since it was the last pair, I decided to let it go coz I couldn't really check what was wrong with and I was too darn lazy =X
We spotted an interesting thing. A guy working in a manicure shop! Hmmm... We stared for quite abit before walking off to the bus station. Haha! I offically got 2 plasters on one side of my palm! That's saying alot since I rather accident-prone. I even brought a whole box of plasters here coz I know I'll be needing lotsa of those. Got the first one while keeping notes into my lappie bag in the morning and the second one while flipping notes in the afternoon for doing my project. POO!
I should be writing up my preliminary plan but I decided to blog first. Hee.. Took some shots... Enjoy!

Hello everyone! I've reached Perth safely so no worries =) Actually I reached here like approximately 3 weeks ago but was too lazy to blog =D Hehheh...
You all should know me by now. Lolx. Anyway Perth is BORINGGGGGGGG!!! I'm so bored to tears coz the sub-urban shopping centres close at 5pm EVERYDAY EXCEPT THURSDAYS while in the city shopping centres close at 5pm EVERYDAY EXCEPT FRIDAYS!! How can I survive like that?! =S
School's alright... I can understand what most of the lecturers are talking about save for a few coz they talk so softly and it seems like they are mumbling. Surprising I remember quite a fair bit of my physiology things. Haha! I should have packed some of my notes along with my things so that I can refer to them and jog my fading memory.
When I opened my closet just now, I realized that actually I didn't bring enough tops but loads of bottoms! BAH! Looks like I might have to get some tops from Cotton On. Cotton On is like their 'Giodano' over here. The clothes are really cool & rather cheap but maybe that's coz they're having sale now. Haha..
Tml will be heading to Garden City to do abit of grocery shopping and also perhaps might pop in Cotton On to look-see-look-see. Hehz.
