Long time didn't blog sia.. Feel so lazy lah.. Yesterday got Miss Teen USA. I think it's a stupid pageant coz first the winner doesn't do much & is not really publized much. So what's the whole damn point?? I just don't get it.
There were some who looked exactly like some actresses but there were others who were simply horrendous-looking. It makes me wonder how in the world did they manage to win the country title. Bribing? Sleeping their way to the crown? Or is it possible that the other contestants in their country were just as horrendous-looking & she was the 'best-looking horrendous' one out of all? *evil chuckle*
I'm mean. =P Complimented by Alex of coz. Haha. I can't deny it for a fact lah. Sometimes I AM MEAN! Lolx.
Did bleeding time today again. Haha. It was for a female patient, who's pregnant! Kewl huh? Hopefully she have a smooth delivery & that her baby is super kawaiiiiiiii!! Haha.
I did some urine reading today. Almost forgotten how to identify RBCs. Haha. Took me quite awhile to get used to reading the Kova chambers. I took like super long to read just 9 samples lor!! Damn long. The senior like had read 30 samples already lor while I was reading my 9 miserable samples. Haha. I'm super WOLS!!
Should I go to work by myself from tomorrow onwards or just follow my mum to work & be there like super early??
I just bought insurance for myself. *bleah* My mum also bought me some cosmetics!! Haha. Dunno whether it would be alright on my face anot....

I was supposed to blog yesterday but was too darn tired & lazy lah.. Moreover it was not much to blog about too. Haha. It's all about work anyway.
Yesterday I had my first try at finger prick & bleeding time. I was so darn nervous, I could feel my hands shaking. *bleah* Opps.. Hopefully the patient didn't sense or feel it.
I did a finger prick first. Actually it's quite easy lah.. I just wasn't sure & probably didn't have much confidence. The patient was very nice. His finger was actually quite cold, which I didn't realize coz mine were equally as cold, and I didn't massage long enough to let the blood flow to it to warm his fingers up so that I could have an easier time taking his blood.
Anyway luckily managed to get the min amount of blood with the help of my 'teacher'. Haha.
After that was done, we had to get back to the lab to get the samples tested. When we returned, we were informed that there was bleeding time to do & my 'teacher' happily told me that I'll be doing it. ArgHhh.. Was damn nervous lor.. So scary. Luckily the ah pek could speak English. Haha.
Sadly he was sleepy lah.. Must be couldn't sleep properly & well the night before with everyone making noise. Seeing all those patients in the room is saddening. With tubes in their arms, some of them bare-bodied some more *covers eyes* & some of them most likely going senile coz they were showing some signs of it. Hiazz..
I did the bleeding time without much screw ups. Thank goodness it was normal. But he bruised easily. Could like see the blue-black circle around the cut after a few minutes. Feel so sad for him.
Anyway today had to go to work early to learn something about the analyzer. My mum couldn't send me coz she's sick! Of all times to be sick! ArgHh.. Just had to be when I had to get to work by 8am. Bah!
Went to update my bank book also & realized that I'M BROKE!!! When is Seal Sports gonna pay me?!?! I think I'll have to live on bread for the next few days. I hate too much white bread. =P
Darling left for Phuket today. *sigh* Gonna miss him so so much. Hiazz.. A funny thing happened to me after work. Everday after work, I'll walk down to Darling's office to meet him & just chat with him at his cafeteria. But today since he's out of town, I was telling myself that I had to go home. But guess what?!
I walked to the junction whereby going straight would lead to Darling's office & turning left would take me to the MRT station. Guess what I did?! I walked straight!! Haha. Crossed the road, walked thru the carpark & was halfway down the stairs before I realized that I had taken the wrong path and that I wasn't meeting Darling at his office. Lolx. *grins*
So I walked back up, thru the carpark & crossed the road & headed towards the MRT station. I was laughing to myself on the walk towards the MRT station. I think I caught loads of stares & question marks about my sanity. Haha.
Had the intention of buying doughnut but they don't have!! So in the end I bought some japanese cracker, which wasn't a japanese cracker btw, before heading home. Not gonna buy any japanese crackers from that shop anymore. *hrumph* Marina's japanese cracker is better! =P

First day of work.
My parents was gonna send me there coz it's relatively near my dad's office, Tanjong Pagar. Before we even left the carpark, one of the types was punctured! Kaozz.. Dunno how that happened also. *shrugs* So I ended up happily taking the train.
Know why so happy? Coz I met my Dearie along the way there! Haha. Finally got to see him after not seeing & talking to him for 3 DAYS straight!! Damn xin ku lor..
Anyway he works just opposite me lor.. Keke.. Can follow him home everyday. *big grin* Not to him house of coz! Haha.
Work today was super kewl!! I got a buddy!! Just like how it was like in pri sch remember? She brought me around the lab, showed me how to operate some machines & do some tests & how to key in tests & test results. She even accompanied me for lunch!
The in-charge is a very nice lady. She brought me to the various 'mini labs' wthin the Haem Lab. Boy you'll never know that there are so many lor. It was quite confusing at first coz every door & wall looks the same! Freaky! But I think I sorta know where leads to where lah.. Hopefully.
The lab got so many staffs & they just keep pouring in at all sorts of timings lor. I got introduced until blur liaoz. Not really sure of everyone's names but managed to catch some. Hmmm.. Got alot of my seniors working there also!! I can vaguely remember seeing one of them in school before. *chuckles*
After work, I went to This Fashion to look for some tops to match the numerous number of skirts that my mum bought. Haha. Imagine buying so many skirts but not buying much tops. *shakes head* Bah! Anyway eneded up buying 2 tops & another skirt! Keke. The skirt was quite cheap lah..
Tomorrow would be another working day. Lala~ Hopefully it would be eventful & happening! Should I start bringing my own food there?? They don't have a microwave oven lor unlike CGH. *sulks* How to heat up my food like that?!

Today's post shall be on hair. Yup you got that right.
H-A-I-R!
What I simply can't understand about my hair is that why can't it 'behave' itself when I out?!?!
I have been noticing for quite a long while now, actually it has been many months or maybe close to a year. Hehzz. OMG!! I so darn vain!! Sheezz. Take a break will ya? Who the hell doesn't stare at the mirror in the morning when brushing teeth? Actually I don't really stare at the mirror for long early in the morning coz I usually brush around the house.
Go on keep guessing what does brushing around the house means? Heehee... I'm not telling. =X *zips* Those of you who have stayed over at chalets with me would understand what I mean. I wanna hear what the others who dunno think about it.
Anyway a slight digression on brushing. As I was saying about my hair. Yes! I have noticed that every morning when I wake up, my hair is always so nice & neat. Ok not really that neat but neat enough for me lah. My hair would be like prepared-to-go-out kind of hair.
What the hell right?? Does anyone have this kind of problem??? Oh man! Can someone please explain this unusual phenomena coz it's usually ugly hair in the morning and good & manageable hair after showers. Isn't that the cycle that all hairs are supposed to go thru?? All hairs as in the hairs on everyone's head lah.. Not their armpit hairs or leg hairs or chest hairs or arm hairs or ..... Ok let's not go there. *shrudders*
Hahaha.. I seem quite high today. *ponders* Hmmm.. Must be the after effects of taking too many anarex & paracetamol tablets. Lolx. Body trying to excrete the drug waste in my system lah..

There's still part 2 of the hair topic. This is part is just noticed by me onez. As I was about to go get my toothbrush to start brushing my teeth, I looked into the mirror again. Hey it's not my fault that I have to look into the mirror everytime I wanna brush teeth ok? It's coz I have a mirror as a door to my bathroom cupboard. Is it called a bathroom cupboard in the first place??? *ponders real hard* *shrugs & gives up* Oh well.. Who cares anyway... =P
Ok as I was saying, my hair looked so darn good again!! Oh man!! This is shity sia... Everytime I go out, it would be unruly & out of place & stuffs & I have to constantly go to the toliet to place it back properly.
Ok it's an over exaggeration on my part lah... I don't constantly go to the toliet to check on my hair lah coz one I couldn't care less about my look coz no matter how I look, people still like STARE at me like I'm like some kind of FREAKING ALIEN!!! Two I'm out with my darling and if he doesn't mind how my hair looks I shouldn't bother about it. =P Haha.. That is unless he tells me it's too messy or something then I'll probably do something about it.

That was a little digression on my part. Haha.
Haven't been feeling well ever since I came back from the bbq last Saturday. I think it's the overdose of bbq food lah. Fri went to Seoul Garden then Sat got Instructors' BBQ. *bleah* Two days in a row eating bbq food. =/
Been feeling feverish these past few days & took several medication to cure myself. Today seem to feel loads better liaoz. *grins* Hopefully I'll be better by tonight so that I can watch my Charmed at 2030 on Channel 5!!!
Another slight digression back to the bbq. I would like to thank Nora for organizing the bbq for the instructors. You've done a good job Nora. I think out of all the instructors gathering this was the best & had the most outcome. *applause*
I would also like to thank Huaz for calling the instructors up to provide them with information on the bbq & elements tryouts. *applause*
Hopefully the next gathering would also still be a success to whoever that will be planning it. Also next time we'll invite more elements instructors to join us as they are also part of the Seal Sports family.
Another minor digression from this digression. My darn monitor is still giving out the stupid hissing sound!!! Quit it monitor!! ArgHhh.. It's giving me a migraine.
Ok back to topic on hand. Yesterday met up with Dear to go shopping for his mum's present as her birthday was coming. But last minute, he got a call from his mum asking him to rush home coz she left her keys in the bedroom, of which is locked. -.- So apparently Dear is the only other person in the house besides his mum who has the keys. So my poor Dear had to rush home so that he can pass her the keys.
Thus in the end we didn't buy anything for his mum but I did saw loads of shoe shops having great sales. *grins* But too bad there isn't enough space in my store room to accomadate anymoer shoes. Hell even my closet doesn't have enough space too! *gets shocked looks from people* Yea yeah. I own loads of clothes gotta a problem?? *glares at everyone*
*shrugs* I still haven't packed my closet yet. *sigh* Better start packing later so that I can accomadate the new clothes that I had bought recently. Can't decide on what to wear for work next Monday!! Help please?Anyone?

Friday, 10th Sep 2004
Met up with DHS' Colours 14 and some of the instructors. They went for a bowling session first before me & Fahmy met them at Marina Square. We then proceeded to have dinner at Seoul Garden there. It was an entertaining, filling & joyous dinner.
We took some photos before entering the restaurant and some inside. We were rowdy & loud throughout the whole dinner. Everyone was busy taking food, cooking it, chit chatting away and not forgetting laughing away too!!
I laughed until my stomach almost exploded coz I was also eating. The instructors were sitting in the centre table while the guys occupied one side and the girls the other side. Apparently only our table's fire was progressing rather well and soon we were having a feast! Haha. The hot plates on the other 2 sides weren't hot enough so we cooked some food for them to eat while theirs was still cooking.
I ate my all-time favourite meat which was BEEF!! Haha.. It was so shiok! Anyway they didn't have my favourite ice-cream flavour which was yam but their chocolate chip was damn nice. Yummy~ *drools* Unfortunately I was already starting to fill up so I didn't eat much ice-cream. *sob sob*
After sitting there, talking & eating for a few hours, we decided to leave and head to some place where it's rather empty to continue our chit chat session. We decided to sit in a circle outside Marina Square and continue. We talked about what happened during camps, gossips & such. Haha. We're so bitchy I tell ya~
It was getting late & the kids had to go home, we all headed to the MRT station and took our trains back. I took a quick shower upon reaching home and continued wrapping the goodie bags. I only had a few more packets to finish before I could start on the bookmarks. It's quite a lovely bookmark if I might say so myself. *self-praise*
Saturday, 11th Sep 2004
The day of the Instructors' BBQ!!! So exciting!! Lolx. Woke up early to meet Dear and Nora for some grocery shopping for the bbq stuffs & food later. Me & Dear went to NTUC first to buy all the stuffs that we need. We fully loaded one trolley with our groceries while another trolley was filled with our bags & stuffs.
As we shopped, we counted how much savings we would have along the way. We managed to save up a lump sum of money despite the small budget. *chuckles* Nora came a little later to pay for all the groceries before we called Eliz to come down to fetch us to office. Thanks Eliz!!
The rest of the instructors were already there. We had high elements in the morning till late afternoon. I didn't try them out coz my stupid toe is darn painful and everytime I wear my shoes, it would hurt. So I went to prepare the food. Thawing the chicken in pails of water, arranging which are the stuffs we would be bringing to Nora's house to cook.
Around 1 plus, Nora, Fahmy & myself left for Nora's house. Eliz sent us there again. We took turns cutting the fish cakes, sotong & chicken meat. Fahmy & myself plucked the vegetables. We almost forgotten to soak the mushrooms. -.- Haha. Since Fahmy was the only guy there, he was the one who turned & stirred the beehoon.
Finally everything was cooked and we called Eliz again to send us back. Really appreciate your help Eliz!!
When we got back, some of them were already playing mahjong while the others were upstairs fooling around with the camera and 'requesting' couples to pose for them. Dear & me weren't spared too! Haha. I was busy wrapping the corn & sweet potatoes when they tried to con me into going upstairs. Haha. But I was smart. *winks*
But in the end, me & Dear were still dragged upstairs for our 'photo shoot'. Haha.
After everything was prepared, I went to office to catch 40 winks. Was really really tired lah.. Can't really blame me right. *grins* I slept awhile before waking up to join everyone in the bbq. Everyone was high & excited sia. Haha. That's instructors to you!! Lolx.
They had some more 'couple's photo shoots' outside the chalet and poor Eunice was always the one to kena even though it wasn't her birthday. Lolx. But I guess she enjoyed it coz she was constantly smilling. *chuckles*
The seniors had actually bought a cake to celebrate Nora's & Melissa's birthday which happens to fall on the same day, 13th Sep!! We all sang the "Happy Birthday" song twice, in both English & Chinese. Nora was so touched and so was Melissa. =)
It was getting late and people started leaving coz they wanted to catch the last bus or train and reach home. Only left a few of us who drives, waiting for Glenn to come. We managed to get Glenn & Huaz to take some 'couple photographs' before we really cleared up the area and headed down to the 24-hours coffeeshop not far to have late supper/super early breakfast. Haha.
We talked some more over there & ate some more. I drank 2 cups of Teh Peng! Wahahhaa.
Yesterday woke up with a really bad headache and body ache. Darn! I hate days like that. =P Ate 2 panadols and a muscle relaxant and went back to bed. Felt better after that. But this morning the same problem came back again. So I woke up early just to pop those pills again before crawling to my mum's room to continue sleeping.
Gotta go pack my closet now coz remember I bought loads of new clothes and now I have to make space in my closet for them. *grins* I just loveeeeee clothes!

That was a little something to perk myself up so that I can blog about the previous 2 camps which will make this post another damn bloody long one. Haha.
First Toa Payoh Primary School Camp 2th Sep to 4th Sep 2004
It was hectic the night before. There was so many logistics to settle and Fahmy & Nora weren't around. Only me & JC were one of the earliest instructors there. Melvin needed JC to settle the Cliff side logistics so left with me to help XM out with the PRCS side logistics.
There were so many things to settle lor. I packed until like macham no tomorrow like that. It also didn't help that most of the instructors were late, as usual, so we had to start late in the end. But thank goodness we managed to take out whatever logistics that we needed for the next 2 camps.
Dear bought for me chicken rice which apparently I had no time to eat until around supper time. Haha. Even then I didn't finish it coz I suddenly remembered that I had forgotten to pack in something very very important. Dang! Anyway I managed to eat about half before I conceeded defeat & threw it into the dustbin.
Went to sleep not long after coz we had an early day tomorrow. The school arrived late coz it was raining heavily over at that side. Since we had some time to burn, we went thru the day's programme again to make sure that we are familarized with it.
Finally the kids arrived and an idea was concorted. Fahmy and Nora were the AICs of the camp so Fahmy was 'Daddy' while Nora was 'Mummy' and Glenn was 'Glennpa'. Haha. It was such a hit that the kids keep calling them that instead of their normal names. Lolx.
I shall not bore everyone with their activities coz it's usually the same; rafting, amazing race, cliff elements. Knowing that they were primary school kids, they would know nuts about knots & stuffs so I was the one doing all the tying and knotting. *bleah* Tied until my hands had loads of blisters. Luckily our raft managed to stay afloat abeit it's 'unstable' condition.
Come night walk, we had to use the maze. The students were all blindfolded and I was to lead them into the maze, together with Nora, until they leave the center and then let them have a look around before leaving them to find their way out by themselves. Haha. Of coz I allowed 2 persons to lead them out lah!! I'm not THAT BAD!
The next day was campfire night. It was another memorable night to remember. Every section had a section performance surprisingly coz usually there would be 1 section who would split their performance into group performances and thus the campfire would be dragged slightly. But it all ended real quick but still it's etched in my mind at this moment.
All too soon, it was time for Junyuan Sec's camp. I could even say a proper "Goodbye" to them. *sigh* Well what to do. I woke up slightly later then usual coz I need not go wakey wakey the kids.
Junyuan Secondary School Camp 4th Sep to 6th Sep 2004
When the buses arrived, I was told that Larry would be on the first bus that would be arriving so when it came, I was looking out for Larry when I saw two people with green shirts! I was like "EH? How come got 2 instructors on the bus one?" Anyway when both of them got down, it wasn't an instructor but a teacher, named Mr Ong.
I shall digress from the camp to talk about Mr Ong. He's sooooooo cute!!! *gushes* Wahahaha. He's also damn onz one lor.. Every activity also try to take part then always chat with us, instructors and the students. He also likes to tease people. Haha.
Ok back to topic. You guys should know lah.. They did their activites which included rafting, cliff elements, low elements & the high elements. I was in-charge of Section B again. Haha. I just can't seem to run away from the letter 'B'. Our section is called Bubbles.
When the bus that contains my section students first came, I was stunned coz there was only 2 buses! I was like shouldn't there be 1 more bus? But Mr Ong said that was it. This camp is the first camp by which I only had 11 people in my group! It was the smallest group ever~ There's even another group with only 7 people!!
Anyway when I first 'received' my section, they were rather dead & quiet lah. Since the high elements weren't ready, we had to entertain the campers first. So I taught them cheers, songs & answering words. The day progressed and you should know about the schedule lah..
Finally it was night walk time. *evil grin* We almost could not have night walk coz some of their parents were afraid coz it was the 7th month. But I think it was Glenn who managed to convince them to have the night walk. We got to walk thru the swamp! Haha. Scary sia~ But then again I walked thru there so many times liaoz until quite sian..
Come campfire night. Our section was doing TP's mass dance!! I taught them the dance steps which were partially wrong at first coz I was quite blur & excited. But after awhile I got the hang of the song and taught them the correct steps.
I practised timing while they practised dance steps while waiting for lunch to come at the cliff side. Since there wasn't any portable speakers at office neither were there any hifi sets that I could use, I borrowed Fahmy's N-Gage and used it to teach them. His batt was low lor.. -.- Luckily I managed to practise with all of them before we had lunch. I taught 2 groups at a time coz the rest were doing their cliff elements and moreover the N-Gage wasn't loud enough to be blasted.
When we reached base, the weather didn't look too good. We managed to head for the main tentage where I could use the sound system to blast the music for the mass dance. They performed rather good I must say for only a few times of practices. Since it was still raining, we had to entertain them by teaching them new songs & cheers.
Thankfully the rain managed to stop awhile for us to do at least 1 low element but then it continued again. We had to shift the campers into empty chalets to 'house' them for the time being until it was time for their wash up. They had loads of time for wash up & dinner. I was basically trying to ra-ra them up for the impending campfire which is always the finale that everyone looks forward to.
But after waiting for about 1 hour, I think their enthusiasm died down. Hiazz. But then they managed to pick up quite fast lah. They did their mass dance pretty well and we managed to surprise the 2 teachers who were 'looking after' our section, Mr Ong & Miss Liao. Heehee. *chuckles* They were both invited up to join in the dance together with the students.
I would like to congradulate JC for cliniching the 'Best Instructor' award for Junyuan camp!
Lastly a few names that I would like to mention:
1. Xinghui - Glad that you have overcome your fear of heights. With one fear down, it means that you have one less thing to be afraid of.
2. Fadhullah - You must be feeling disappointed that majority of the activities you couldn't participate but I'm glad that you were able to help out with the rest during out rafting session. Take care of your hand!
3. Alvina - Brave girl! She was the one who was willing to lead the group for the night walk. She helped me with so many stuffs such as head counts & such. Thanks a lot girl! Will definitely miss your infectious laughter which never fails to crack us up.
4. Fasehah - Thanks for ra-ra-ing the group during the activities. She the most talkative one in the group, always chit chatting away with her other group members even though they usually call her 'auntie'. Lolx.
5. Jing Ren & Teck Leong - My rope guys! Thanks for tying & pulling the ropes during raft construction. Hope that your blisters & rope burns [hopefully don't have] are already healed now.
6. Elvinder, Wei En, Jie Ying, Shala & Yusri - No way am I gonna forget you guys! Without all of you, there wouldn't be any MELONS!! Haha. Thanks for making this camp such a wonderful & memorable one. I won't forget each & everyone of you.
FYI: This is the first camp whereby I could remember EVERYONE'S name!! Haha.
Too soon the time for us to part has come. The buses came and left, leaving the instructors to P-A-R-T-Y!!! Yeah!~ Haha. Those who wanted to bathe, had their bath while we discussed where to eat. The final verdict: Swensens at DBS Building at Tampines. Haha. That place now condemns us from being there liaoz. Haha =P Just like Marche.
Tired & sleepy, I headed home to shower & conked onto my nice & comfy bed. Ahhhh. *purrrrrs* I LOVE MY BED!

Went out with dear for dinner and a movie. But unfortunately the movie I wanted to watch, which was Stepford Wives, was sold out while The Cinderella Story only left the front seats. *sigh* So suay! So ended up only eating dinner & walking around looking at stuffs while trying to find what sort of present we can get for Nora. Her birthday's coming! Opps.. Hope she doesn't read this =X

Went out with my mum & bro today. She's supposed to be sick but I guess she got better? *eyes twitching* Headed down to Tanjong Pagar to have lunch with my dad at Han's. Long time never eat there liaoz. I remembered the last time I was there, I was with my granny & grandaunt. Time flies darn fast hor.
Anyway after that, we headed down to Tampines to shop!! My favourite past-time!!! Heehee. *giggles* This time I didn't have to spend a single cent coz my mum was there to pay for everything!! *jumps around* She wanted to buy working clothes for me mah so she pay for it lor. Lolx. I think she spent nearly $100 worth of clothes on me. *sheepish grin*
Dear was so shocked when he heard that I was going shopping coz he wasn't there to control my spending. So when he heard that my mum was doing the paying & shopping with me, he relaxed abit. *grins* *hugzz dear*
Bought a new dress, loads of skirts & tops. Hope I would look good in them. Opps.. I think The O.C. is starting soon! Better finish up my post & go watch. Tomorrow have medical appointment! I hope I won't forget~

I can still recall how my blog started and I had excitedly msged my good friend Alvin about it, asking him to go read it. *giggles* Had a small crush on him back then in sec sch but it faded over time. Wahaha. I think he also knows about it. Thank goodness we were able to remain as friends until now. *beams*
Back to 1 year ago. Hmmm.. If you wanna know how did my blog come about, just go read the archives lor.. Wahaha. I'm just too darn lazy to type everything out again and moerover I don't wish to rake up the past.
As I read my past entries, I realized that my style of writing and starting has changed. This shows that I have probably grown? Haha. Hopefully. *crosses fingers* In that past 1 year, I have been lost, hopeless, broken, dead, dying, sad, in pain, heartbroken-ed & temporarily insane. Haha. So many emotions in just 1 year?! *eyes popping out*
But now I'm better and it's all thanks to my darling boy. *chuckles* It's been great so far and I hope it stays this way until..... Forever!! Haha. Ok I'm lame so sue me =P Whatever.
Already packed my bags, all set to head down to office after lunch. I had another dream again. It was a dream about the upcoming camp and it's an ominious sign. I just have a very bad feeling about the first upcoming camp. *sigh* I truely truely hope everything goes well...... *crosses fingers & toes* *wobbles & falls to the ground* Wahahaha.. Ok lame again! =P
